Rodent Control in Los Angeles

  We recently had our 20-unit townhouse complex fumigated for termites by Ronin Pest Control and they did an outstanding job from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, professional, and thorough. The team was punctual, well-organized, and kept everything on track, making the whole experience much easier than expected. I was especially impressed with the customer service they provided after the fumigation was complete.

  I live in a rented apartment where I started noticing those disgusting baby German roaches everywhere in my kitchen. I contacted the owner and she swiftly arranged with Ronin Pest Control to do inspection and provide treatment to control the situation.
Jesus from the Co. reached on time, inspected the apartment, and gave me a brief plan about the treatment he will be doing and asked me to stay out for 30-60 min for the spray to settle from the air. I appreciate his work and hoping it will control the pests through the next few days/weeks.

  I scheduled a sanitation appointment with Ronin at my house to clean 3 sections of my basement. I have to say, I was very pleased with the thorough and amazing job that Luis and Jesus did. They definitely went above and beyond. In addition, I bombarded them with a ton of questions regarding pest control in general and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Doing your job is one thing, but being friendly, cool and patient with / to your clients is another. Especially at the end of the day. I never write Yelp reviews, but these guys deserved and earned one. Thanks to them, as well as Ronin for an all around great job these past few months. A+

  Jonathan Oseguera, the field rep, showed up timely to check two areas that have rodent feces. He did not find rodents in previously placed traps. He added more traps. The owner, Osvany, gave credit to my fifteen+ year loyalty and kept the monthly rate unchanged.

  Okay, first off, service was so fast with Ronin Pest Control. Despite an unpleasant experience with fleas in our home, Jonathan, the technician from Ronin came and brightened our day! He was so kind, friendly, efficient, patient.   This review is overdue! Our HOA has been very satisfied customers of Ronin for many years. This week I had individual termite spot treatment in my outdoor wooden furniture and was so pleased with the excellent service, I decided it was time to share our experience. Enrique arrived on time, calling me 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. On site, he reviewed the work order with me, examined the furniture and then explained to me in perfect detail what he was going to do. The job was completed in a timely manner. Enrique explained to me what he had found and what he did. Enrique is most professional, knowledgeable and was so pleasant and easy to work with. I really appreciate that he took time to make sure I understood what had been accomplished. I recommend highly.

In addition, I did want to mention Felipe, who handles our regular service. Over the years, he has gotten to know our property very well. It's very comforting to have someone who is so professional and knowledgeable taking such good care of us. Felipe has gotten to know many of the individual owners and is able to efficiently and quickly meet all of our needs. And again, such a pleasant, kind and helpful person. We live near a park so we have constant rodent challenges and we feel that because of Felipe, it is being extremely well managed.

Also, everyone in the front office has always been very pleasant, helpful and very quick to respond to our needs.

  They know, they can, they do.
David came out to do the inspection. "Yes, you have a big problem with the subs." That's subterranean termites to those in the killer elite. (I learned more termite lingo: mud tubes are what hang from the ceiling like stalactites.) He took notes and then we went outside. I showed him the access to the soil below the house, he put on some serious coveralls and ventured down there where it can get very tight. From that came a graphic of the house with numerous points where he saw evidence of more subs.
On the day of, Enrique and Anthony came out to do some killing, god bless 'em. They shot foam into the mud tube holes in the ceiling and all the 1/8" holes they drilled in the walls along the floor boards and near the ceiling. Then it was outside to shoot more heinous chemical up to the ceiling of the garage and down under the house.
Kill kill kill: and there such pleasant fellas.
Ronin started with a quote that was equal to the FINAL quote from the other two vendors I engaged to take a look. I didn't haggle them down, they just called and lowered the price after one or two days.
I now have a 4-year warranty that allows me to call up Ronin and request a return visit of their efficient killers!

  We called Ronin today at 10:23 am- Jonathan was here about an hour later!
Such a good guy- knowledgeable and calm, quick and thorough- even brought shoe booties with him- nice touch! Thrilled.

btw- I called Stanley Pest last week & this week - left multiple messages - they never called back-
