I requested a service call to remove a wasp nest. I found the nest on a Saturday and wanted it removed as soon as possible. The other places I called had at least a five day wait, Ronin came out on Monday and removed the nest. My service technician, Edwin Preza, arrived within the scheduled window and called me ahead of time when he was on his way. Edwin was informative and answered all my questions. He removed the nest with no issue and spotted another smaller one nearby and removed that one as well!

  I've been a Ronin customer for 15 years and for the first time had to call them for a mouse problem. Before Ronin, I called a rodent specialist from yelp and they gave me a costly estimate while proposing a short list of rodent entry points to close off. Since I've used Ronin for insect treatment in the past I requested a second opinion from them. Wow, what a difference. Ronin's technician, Jonathan O, was so impressive. He was far more knowledgeable and suggested closing every possible entry point. That's about 3x more work than the other company. And Ronin charged me 30% less overall. So for better service, value, and professionalism, call Ronin first.
On top of this, Jonathan was a very pleasant and friendly person to deal with. I felt confident in his work. He was like a younger and more handsome version of Osvany, who in years past did a great job keeping my property free of pests. It's good to know after all these years that Ronin has maintained its commitment to quality service. I recommend them highly.

  I hired Ronin based off a friends recommendation. Honestly, I thought the 2 service reps, Enrique and Jacob, were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. David came out to do the inspection. "Yes, you have a big problem with the subs." That's subterranean termites to those in the killer elite. (I learned more termite lingo: mud tubes are what hang from the ceiling like stalactites.) He took notes and then we went outside. I showed him the access to the soil below the house, he put on some serious coveralls and ventured down there where it can get very tight. From that came a graphic of the house with numerous points where he saw evidence of more subs.
On the day of, Enrique and Anthony came out to do some killing, god bless 'em. They shot foam into the mud tube holes in the ceiling and all the 1/8" holes they drilled in the walls along the floor boards and near the ceiling. Then it was outside to shoot more heinous chemical up to the ceiling of the garage and down under the house.
Kill kill kill: and there such pleasant fellas.
Ronin started with a quote that was equal to the FINAL quote from the other two vendors I engaged to take a look. I didn't haggle them down, they just called and lowered the price after one or two days.
I now have a 4-year warranty that allows me to call up Ronin and request a return visit of their efficient killers!

  Jonathan Oseguera, the field rep, showed up timely to check two areas that have rodent feces. He did not find rodents in previously placed traps. He added more traps. The owner, Osvany, gave credit to my fifteen+ year loyalty and kept the monthly rate unchanged.

  We had Will come out today to do a treatment for an ant and spider problem and he was great!! He did such an great job explaining to me what the treatment was and how it would take effect. Very thorough and professional work, and friendly too!!
